Who is the dance technique course for?
Beginners program:
*sports exercises online class is included
Intermediate/ advanced program :
Discovering balance and your body's center,
Technically correct positions and subtleties of spins (mainly pirouettes),
Integrating technique into movement with the help of exercises "across the floor",
Strengthening the body's muscles.
We will take time to remember the basics - balance, center of gravity, etc.
More advanced level combinations that integrate technique and dance moves
We will focus on double turns and turns where we will change directions, styles, etc.
Strengthening the body muscles
During the course you will be able to purchase 5 sets of sports rubber, foot protectors (footundeez) and online mobility/stretching exercise training.


Footundeez
For slip and friction control - allows you to slide on the floor (doing spins, etc.), but also protects against excessive slippage.
Excessive slippage often complicates the learning process - this is what happens when training with socks.
Wearing foot protectors provides better grip than dancing barefoot. At the same time, it protects the skin from abrasions.


A set of sports rubber bands - an investment in a stronger body
Physical training is an integral part of dance technique.
By purchasing the full course program, you will also receive sports exercises adapted to strengthen the necessary muscles.
Performing them throughout the month outside the course will double your progress.
The exercises will include exercises using these rubber bands, which you will choose according to your ability.
The number of foot protection and sports rubber sets is limited!


Online training for improving mobility and stretching exercises (link will be available permanently)
Mobility exercises help joints move in full amplitude, improving technique in dance
Targeted stretching exercises develop muscle elasticity, reduce tension in them (especially after physical exertion).
These exercises, done regularly, will help prevent injuries, help restore and improve body functionality faster.
